Stayed Sep 25, 2025Host was responsive and helpful! Apartment was clean and cozy. Perfect location close to food. Stayed here for a concert at the Ampitheater and was a nice 20 minute walk or 5 minute uber drive! Great stay!

Stayed Jul 14, 2024The apartment was a great base for a week of work at Medical College of Virgina. I had a typo in my email when I made my reservation which created problems in communication with VRBO. The host, Alex, was very understanding and worked with me to get it straightened out. I highly recommend this apartment.

Stayed May 24, 2024We enjoyed our stay here! It was clean, cheery and comfortable and close to everything we needed. 6 min walk to the Convention Center. The only negative really is the first impression from the street. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and is only accessible from a private parking lot beside the building and up a big set of wooden stairs. At first appearance, we were a little nervous because we didn't know the area, etc. But once we climbed those stairs, we realized we were in a safe area and felt very comfortable! The apartment is literally half a block from a great area with restaurants too! Neighborhood isn't too noisy either.

Stayed Apr 18, 2024This location was a short walk to the convention center which was perfect for us. So much more spacious than a hotel. The beds were comfortable. The white noise alarm clocks in the bedrooms were perfect for blocking out the street noise. The only thing we would have liked to have that we didn’t was a toaster in the kitchen. We will stay again if attending events at the convention center.

Stayed Dec 9, 2023My stay was great. Very easy to access property. Only disappointment was I couldn’t use the living room TV. Otherwise, the property was great. Great location. I had events at VCU & the Convention Center. Both walking distance.

Stayed Nov 22, 2023The host and house were great. Didn’t feel the location was quite accurate compared to the general location that was shown on the map with booking. Maybe not the safest area of Richmond, but still lots to do nearby as long as you’re mindful of safety. The actual place was great with everything we needed, a lot of natural light, and the host was very attentive, checking in often.
