Stayed Jun 1, 2025Stayed here for two weeks while doing some research at WVU. Good proximity to University and restaurants. Wish there was parking, but was able to buy a 1 month permit for the public garage for about 100. Clean apartment. Didn’t use the kitchen except to make coffee.

Stayed Jun 27, 2025My husband I stayed here over the weekend. The location of the studio is super convenient to restaurants/stores on High St. and was quiet! Parking isn't super convenient, but that wouldn't stop me from returning.

Stayed Feb 17, 2025It’s was a cute little studio apartment we had to have my husband for surgery at 5am so we needed a place to crash for the night the host let us come in at 1:00pm so we could rest up. She answered all my concerns about the parking garage where we had to leave our vehicle cause there’s no parking here. I would recommend it. No noise at all and all the stuff we needed for our short stay.

Stayed Jul 7, 2024We loved the location of this studio! It was well decorated & comfortable. The only note we have is that there is a significant hill from the parking to the building and then there is a flight of steep stairs to get to the room. This wasn't a huge inconvenience for us, but it would be a concern for anyone with mobility limitations.
