Something disappointing happened. Before we checked out, a lady suddenly knocked on the door and told us that someone was checking in in half an hour. No phone calls or emails to inform. It was not time to check out. My kids hadn't had breakfast yet and she poured the food in front of my son into a disposable plate and urged that you take the food and my guests will be here soon. In a very rude manner she held a piece of paper with the rules written on it and repeatedly asked me can you read it? I read the rules and I was pretty sure I did. We kept the room tidy, washed the used utensils and I cleaned the floor. I think we are qualified guests. But I don't understand why the lady treated us arrogantly, coldly and rudely and urged us to leave very unreasonably. It was supposed to be a wonderful journey, but in the final moments my kids and I felt disappointed and disrespected. All I can say is: if you're looking for a friendly place, this is not the place. I don't want to say we were discriminated against, but we felt it was rude and disrespectful。
Very clean, cozy and accomodating!
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Brunswick. Hillary was easy to communicate and work with. The apartment was well equipped, as well as being attractive and comfortable. The location was convenient to both Bowdoin College and downtown Brunswick. We will certainly stay here again if we have the opportunity to revisit.
