Hillside Anchorage Home by Hiking & Biking Trails!

The property was clean, amenities good and communication was great. We had no problem finding it and loved our stay! The great room is huge and, if you are looking for a comfortable place to stay, look no further.

Our second year staying here. We were only in Anchorage for two days. Large place with a well appointed kitchen. We will be back

This space is very large and plenty of room for 2 couples. We have never stayed in a VRBO that was so well stocked with kitchen and pantry items. Bravo!!! Place was very clean and very well maintained! Thanks for a great stay!!

Plenty of room, lovely setting. Convient to town & airport. We were gone most of the time but it was very pleasant. Would stay there again.

Location was good. Perfect spot for 2 couples. Place was clean and comfortable. Did not have a grill but owner, TJ got us one when asked. Hiking/ biking trails just a block away.

We were very pleased with our stay here. The house is more than comfortable and very clean. The owners were extremely accommodating and have immense knowledge of Anchorage and Alaska. The house is situated up on the hillside and we loved the location. We are looking forward to coming back again!

The apartment was exactly as expected very clean, spacious and well appointed.We had a wonderful time there, the kitchen was great and we cooked some wonderful mealsThe owner was very pleasant and friendly and checked to make sure everything was ok It was situated in an ideal place very convenient for shops and close to some amazing trails

TJ was by far the best VRBO host i have dealt with! The place is as good, if not better, than portrayed in the listing. The place was clean, organized and well stocked with essentials. TJ was more than happy to offer help and suggestions. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! It felt like a home away from home!

This property was great. We stayed a couple days after a cruise and Denali visit. Was able to comfortably relax before traveling home. Everything was super clean and well appointed.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Everything was as expected and was a very pleasant place to call home for a few days as we traveled around Anchorage from Whittier to Knik Glacier etc...

We stayed at the property for two nights before our Alaska trip. We had pick this home because it was listed 4 bikes and four helmets free to use. The home was located near bike trails, which we were looking so forward to using while we stayed there the two days, I messaged the owner and asked where the bikes were was told because of insurance issues they are no longer offered. Never has changed it in the listing. Still stating the house came with four bikes and helmets to use. We would’ve never booked the property. Also it took the owner seven hours to respond to me.

After an 8 day cruise, an 4 hour train ride, and a 6 hour cruise in the Kensington Fjords the rental was fantastically great. Even though we arrived very late JT was looking for us and helped us take our luggage upstairs. He then showed us how to operate the lovely induction range. The place was very clean and had everything you need for the stay. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen is great. We picked this place for quiet and to do laundry. It fit our requirements and then some. We had groceries delivered with no issues but McDonalds couldn’t find us. The place is very very roomy with very comfortable furniture. If we are ever back in Anchorage we would definitely stay there again.
