Stayed Sep 12, 2024Very pretty area. We enjoyed walking around the area and looking at the homes. Within walking distance of the Bronco’s stadium. Home was very well kept. I am a so called shower snob and the water pressure was amazing. There was a washer and dryer just outside the apartment.

Stayed Mar 7, 2019This is an amazing place to stay. Not only is it pristine and well equipped, the hosts go out of their way to make sure you have a great stay. Although we seldom saw, them, they took care of everything from dirty dishes to trash on a daily basis. We will definitely stay here again!

Stayed May 2, 2018We picked this place because of it's proximity to our son's home in Highland Park. For those who are just in town looking for a nice place to stay near the train station, LoDo, Coor's Field or downtown this will work nicely. It is really ideal for it's proximity to the lively, tastsy 32nd street restaurants. Washer and dryer and daily clean dishes and watebaskets are a nice added feature.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Wanted to get away from the hotel scene, so I tried this guest house for a few nights on my last business trip. The location is close to downtown with public transportation easily accessible but with the amenities of a nice quiet and comfortable neighborhood. I felt more like I was at home after work in the evening than on a business trip. Loved the numerous restaurants and shops right up the street on 32nd Avenue. Will stay here again should I need to return to Denver for business and am also hoping to return for pleasure sometime with my wife.
