-Balconies are closed and cannot be used

-Views from the unit will be blocked

Cellophane/protective covering may be placed on windows, significantly limiting visibility and natural views

-Construction workers may be visible on the exterior during daytime hours

-Noise may occur between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM

-Balcony furniture is not permitted during this period.

    This is our second year renting from Natalia and Sylvia. The location was perfect for us and the accommodations were wonderful. We especially loved the beautiful pool. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, and the bedroom was spacious and comfortable. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

    Overall the apartment was neat and clean as I expected. We have stayed in the Icon several times over the past ten years. This apartment is beginning to show some wear and tear from rentals. The baseboards were very dusty in the bathroom, a light was burned out in the living room, the vanity mirrors were hung too high in the bathroom, only six hangers in the closet, and the bathtub so high it is very difficult to maneuver. However, we enjoyed our stay and it was fun to look out at the city which is ever growing bigger.
