The space

Located on the 2nd floor (stairs only), this bright and welcoming unit is set up for easy, comfortable living. As you walk in, a hallway leads you to the bedrooms and open main space where everyone can gather.



The fully stocked kitchen makes family meals a breeze, whether you’re whipping up breakfast before the beach or a laid-back dinner after a day in the sun. There’s a fun coffee bar with a Keurig for both iced and hot drinks, plus supplies for making your own refreshing “crush” style beverages (just add your favorite ingredients!).



The living room is perfect for winding down, featuring a sleeper sofa and Firestick TV for movie nights. The dining area seats four (with extra room using the table leaf), plus two bar stools for quick bites or chatting while meals are prepped.



Slide open the doors to your spacious deck—an ideal spot for morning coffee or evening hangs. There’s seating for four and a handy storage closet stocked with beach chairs, a cooler, sand toys, and even two bikes for cruising around.
