Stayed Oct 27, 2023The space was not thoroughly cleaned. Dusty, stained carpet and bathtub, balcony is lovely but the furniture was too gross to sit on. Everything is cheap as possible - towels, sheets, very minimal kitchen/cookware. Overall I was disappointed and did not feel very comfortable/homey here which I why I usually choose to stay in an apartment vs. hotel. The complex is safe and quiet. However I would not describe the neighborhood as “central” Atlanta because I had to take an Uber everywhere and the interesting places in the city are not convenient by public transit. Next time I would have paid marginally more money to stay somewhere truly central and save money and time not needing to drive everywhere. Also this is minor but the check in instructions ask you to take the trash out, which I feel is an unreasonable request given the price of the rental. If the owner were to invest in a better cleaning service and upgrade the amenities for more comfort, the place would be much nicer and worth the price.

Stayed Aug 4, 2023Mario was an amazing, responsive host! He was also very helpful when I needed to correct my reservation information. The apartment is in a beautiful, safe and quiet community. The inside was very neat, clean and aesthetically pleasing. The kitchen has all the things...from pots and pans to whatever utensils you could need! It is perfect for a long getaway, or a short adventure downtown. It' the PERFECT location!
