Welcome to Reece’s Roost—affectionately known as “Heaven”—in the heart of downtown Livingston!
Owned by renowned artist Parks Reece, this spacious and convenient studio loft sleeps up to four with a king bed and queen sleeper sofa. With antique hardwood floors and original exposed brick, the loft blends historic charm with a hip and creative vibe. Enjoy a stocked kitchen, dedicated workspace, private and secure parking right in the center of town--ideal for aone-night stay or a longer retreat.

Heaven is professionally managed by Cole Property Management, a Livingston, Montana based high-touch, high-service property management company. We are available via Airbnb or other booking platform messaging, email, phone or text should guests have requests before, during or after their visit. Please do not hesitate to reach out!

Heaven is private for guest access. The stairwell and landing at the top of the stairs are shared with a few neighbors, as well as the laundry area across the hall.

Perched above the vibrant Main Street and owned by renowned local artist Parks Reece, this eclectic and spacious loft combines vintage Montana charm with modern comfort and style. Original exposed brick, antique hardwood floors, and Parks’ signature artwork (his gallery is just downstairs) create a hip, artistic retreat unlike any other.

The open-concept space sleeps up to four guests with a plush king bed that can be curtained off for privacy, plus a comfortable queen sleeper sofa in the cozy living area. A smart TV, dedicated workspace, and inviting seating make it perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Whip up meals in the fully equipped kitchen featuring a breakfast bar and retro dining booth. The bathroom includes a tiled shower and is stocked with essentials. Across the hall, you’ll find a shared laundry room for added convenience.

Access the loft from the alley via a long staircase—your private retreat awaits at the top. A reserved parking spot ensures stress-free arrivals, and once you’re here, you won’t need the car. Step outside and stroll to downtown’s best restaurants, bars, shops, galleries, Sacajawea Park and even the Yellowstone River.

Whether you're here for a night or a longer escape, relax at the stylish Heaven loft and soak up all Livingston has to offer from your home base, smack dab in the center of our charming downtown!

Heaven is centrally located in downtown Livingston, with shops, restaurants and attractions all within walking, biking or driving distance. It’s just a short stroll to Sacajawea Park, the Yellowstone River, the community skate park and ball fields. Feeling more adventurous Hop on a bicycle and explore our charming town! In under 5 minutes, you can drive to the grocery store, head south on the highway to Yellowstone National Park through the beautiful Paradise Valley or access the interstate toward Bridger Bowl Ski Area and the bustling city of Bozeman. Uber, local taxi services and shuttle companies may be available, depending on the season and time of day.


PETS: Heaven: Hip Downtown Livingston Loft does NOT allow pets. Service Animals (SA) are always welcome. Emotional Support Animals (ESA) require verified documentation from a licensed mental health professional at least 48 hours before arrival. Guests are responsible for any SA or ESA related damages.
