Heart Of Sedona-Pet Friendly-Remodeled 2 Bedroom 1 Bath

We enjoyed our stay. It’s close to several hikes, grocery stores and restaurants. The place is very clean which is of utmost importance to me! The kitchen is well stocked and we liked having a washer and dryer. The courtyard is private. I’d encourage y’all to stay here. You won’t be disappointed.

This property is in an excellent location with easy access to downtown shopping, grocery stores and other tourist attractions. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, the bed was very nice and the kitchen well equipped. The courtyard is perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the area and if traveling with your dog and the restaurant across the road (Golden Goose) had a delicious breakfast and nice patio to enjoy. Brad was very easy to work with and communicated well. He included a Red Rock park pass but we couldn’t use it because dogs are prohibited in the park, however we enjoyed Slide rock state park, some local hikes and a wonderful jeep tour with AZ Safari Jeep tours. Highly recommend this property and would stay again if visiting Sedona.

Brad was very helpful. Location is a great spot to get anywhere around Sedona. Clean, comfortable, everything you could need. Close to (walking distance) grocery store, and 3 or 4 pretty god restaurants. We had a great time and will be coming back for sure. 10/10 recommend

Fantastic location! We walked to the two closest restaurants on two different nights, very convenient. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to make use of the lovely patio and Weber, but very nice. Very quiet and this unit covers all the basics. The value is spot-on, hard to find a better deal. The accoutraments were a little rough around the edges and the linens were not exactly as we expected, but overall the bed was comfy. A lot of the kitchenware was dingy and needs a good cleaning. But we enjoyed it!

Are stay was so much fun. Easy check in, location was perfect close to all the sites that we were there for. Super clean everything you need for family cooking. Definitely coming back again.

Very clean spacious 2 bedroom apartment with a small fenced yard with BBQ, patio, parking. It even has a doggy door. On a side street in quiet neighborhood but very close to all shopping, amenities and public pool. We loved our stay, definetly recommend it!

Unit was Clean, bed was comfortable, good location, loved the little courtyard with the fountain. Pet friendly. * Suggestion we Would have liked to see a noon check out, as you cant check in until 4 pm.

Absolutely beautiful and super close to trails and things to do. Perfect space and outdoor patio was perfect to sit out in sun.

Small but perfect

Nice apartment with little fenced patio. Close to shopping, restaurants and trails. Super bonus - they have trail pass for you, so you do not have to worry about obtaining one. That was a nice surprise and saved us time! Thank you very much to make our mini vacation a pleasant one

I stayed here with another conference attendee for one week. We chose this property for it's location close to the conference and it's proximity to grocery stores and restaurants.

Just what we needed

My sister and I loved everything about our stay. The apartment is spacious, clean, and convenient. The location is very close to several good restaurants and a couple grocery stores, but not too close to the busy, high-traffic uptown area. It was no more than 15 minutes from all the main trailheads, and the hosts lend out a red rocks pass so you don't have to buy one! There were plenty of towels, extra blankets, lots of closet space and drawers, and everything you need in the kitchen. The private yard is a really nice feature too!

We just got back from a stay in Sedona and this unit fit our needs perfectly. It's very comfortable and clean, and the location is outside of the craziness of downtown so you can enjoy some peace and quiet. Handy access to several trails as well. Highly recommended!

The location of this property was perfect for us, in the middle of the community with easy access to supermarket, local shopping, banking. We were close to all of the places that we wanted to visit. We had an absolutely fantastic vacation in Sedona!!! Thank you Brad!

It is in a perfect location for us

We had a great time staying here. The garden was nice, shady and well maintained, as were the rooms. The hosts are friendly and easy to work with.

Would stay there again

The house was as expected, based on the listing. It was clean and comfortable with adequate cooking utensils. The only issue was with the ceiling fan in the murphy bedroom. I was able to use an extra fan found in the other bedroom, so was comfortable at night. I highly recommend this to others looking for a simple 2 bedroom house.

It was a nice place had every thing we needed, and was comfortable . only down fall was the water pressure in the shower... very low.

The property was good. Hard to get to door with suitcases over stones and down stairs. Also after rain wooden door to garden started being hard to open.
