Stayed Jan 29, 2026Host was welcoming and took care of everything I needed. A super crazy cold front came through for the weekend I was there and Cindy provided me with a space heater, and extra blankets! Would stay there again.

Stayed Jul 22, 2023My mother and I stayed in Pensacola at the Gulf Coast BNB. Everything was clean, and we had everything we needed to enjoy our time. Only minor negative was that the balcony faces a very busy, noisy road.

Stayed May 25, 2023Its a cute apartment and very convenient to downtown. The apartment is old and could use some upgrades. The neighborhood seemed pretty safe. The check in process was very simple no complaints.

Stayed Mar 31, 2023The check in process was very easy and the location is great! Very close to downtown Pensacola and comfortably houses 3 people. The property was also very clean and had a good sized kitchen. Only a 15 minute drive from the beach!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was super cute! The porch was very spacious. Only negative was it was on a busy main road so not as quite as I would prefer. Was able to walk down town for dinner each night. Was about a 15 minute drive to Pensacola beach which was perfect! Overall great place for a fun couples get away!
