The apartment features an entrance area with a wardrobe, an open living space with a comfortable chaiselongue sofa (which can also serve as a sleeping option for 2), and a TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, induction stove, oven, and a dining table for six.

There are three bedrooms: one with a box spring bed (180 x 200 cm) and two with two single beds each (90 x 200 cm), all featuring wardrobes. Two bright bathrooms comprise one with a shower and bathtub, and the other with a shower.

Shared amenities include a washing machine and dryer in the basement for a fee. A designated parking space is available directly at the house.
