This 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment (sleeping 3) will be your home sweet home-base during your stay. Whether in Seattle on business, to sight-see, or visiting family or friends, you will love this apartment, the building amenities, and the location of Harbor Steps. Truly, nothing compares. Our extra sleeping option is a twin 6 memory foam mattress with linens. We do not have sleeper sofas nor permit guests to sleep on the sofa, thank you.

Up the elevator to the 16th floor, walk in to your Seattle abode and relax. Everything you need is here to enjoy your stay in over 750 square feet. Of course, free WiFi is included!

Living room ~ the living room features two comfortable and stylish gray couches and is tastefully decorated in shades of gray with teal and dark orange accents. The high ceilings make it feel even more spacious along with the huge windows letting in tons of light. You won't miss the tremendous water views from every window. There is a 40 inch LED flat screen TV if you want to stay in for a night.

Kitchen/dining ~ right off the living room is the kitchen and dining, giving it the great room feel. The newly remodeled kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs and features a breakfast bar with four stools. The clean white cabinets are set off by the jet black granite countertops. The stainless appliances include a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and oven/stove. We have the dining table by the window so you can enjoy the water views over morning coffee and any meals you eat in.

Balcony ~ the balcony is just off the living room and offers outdoor views of the amazing views. Enjoy your morning coffee or your evening cocktail while you watch the ferries and the Ferris Wheel!

Bedroom ~ a huge room, large enough for a comfortable king-sized bed, you will love the private bedroom. A dresser for all your things, not to mention a large closet! Luxurious bedding in bold gray and white only adds to the beautiful contemporary decor in this room. And don't forget the 40 inch flat screen TV in here as well.

Bathroom ~ very spacious with a long vanity, the bathroom with tub/shower is also remodeled with granite counter tops. The gray and teal tones are carried throughout the apartment, including the lovely bathroom. Plush towels and even soaps, shampoo, and conditioner are supplied as well as a hair dryer.

If you have a car, we offer discounted garage parking in the building (reserve in advance) but if you are flying in, save the money and don't bother renting a car! No EV charging spots available, but several options nearby. Everything you need is within walking distance or a short bus or taxi ride away. Take the Link Light Rail ($3) and get off 2 blocks from Harbor Steps at Symphony Station on 3rd Ave and Seneca.

If early check-in isn't available, you can leave your things with the front desk (or after 11am check-out).
