Great location, easy parking, quiet, under 1 minute to the beach, easy walk to the band shell, host very responsive to questions, will stay again.

Don't have time for a long review, but all was as expected. No problems and great location.

We had a great time with our 2 dogs. Place was perfect for us. Super clean with great communication from the host. Cant wait for doggie vacation 2025.

The property was as expected. Owner was responding quickly to any questions. Some other guests were louder at 1am then we would have liked and could have better parking skills. Otherwise we enjoyed the weekend. A suggestion where the old cabins are maybe a small fire pit area with some seating would be nice it was nice with all the birds back there. Also a full length mirror behind a door would be helpful. Have a blessed day Thanks again Lol I should get a job there teaching all the guests how to use your key pads. Assisting 4 guests out of 7 lol it was pretty funny they all had a few too many cocktails. I

We loved this rental! This is our second time in Hampton Beach and we wanted a rental closer to the beach and boardwalk. This place was perfect distance to the beach and a short 10 minute walk to the boardwalk to all the shops and restaurants. It’s also a bonus that it is pet friendly and we brought our dog. Our dog also had a great time going for long walks with us and going to the beach. This rental had everything you’d need in the room- dishes, dish soap, sponge, refrigerator, microwave, keurig, towels, paper towels, toilet paper. The only thing it doesn’t have are beach towels, however, that wasn’t an issue with us because we brought our own. A small detail we noticed was there wasn’t a hand towel rack by the bathroom sink, but that’s not a deal breaker. Also appreciated there was a broom and dustpan for use to sweep up sand from our beach visits. Host was super responsive and friendly. Highly recommend for a weekend get away. We will definitely be back!

This was the perfect Hampton Beach visit because of the wonderful place that we stayed. The location is perfect, very clean and quiet. Our host was very easy to communicate with if needed. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit!! Thank You for everything!!

This place was everything we expected and more. Cleanliness 10/10 and bed was super comfy. Steps to the ocean and very close to the boardwalk. We would definitely stay here again. It was a perfect little beach oasis.

We came to Hampton for a memorial service and just, basically, needed a place to sleep. This unit was very small but perfectly adequate. Not really close to the strip, but right across the street from the ocean. We enjoyed the small deck although you're just looking at a parking lot. Room was clean. Had a coffee maker, a microwave and a dorm type fridge.
