Location was great. The inside space was much larger than expected. I would put the area rugs in the bedrooms elsewhere. They're a bit of a tripping hazard.

Communication before we arrived was delayed, but greatly improved after we arrived. A broken coffee maker was promptly replaced. Great location for convention center and the Urban Bourbon Trail. Walkable to NuLu.If you desire to stay in or cook/eat in- amenities are basic. Our contact was unaware of construction occurring on our unit (windows, lots of noise before 8am) & unavailability of parking that we pre-paid for. Our parking fee was returned once we alerted our host.

Bathroom tub backed up with so much hair - just waiting for hot water. We didn’t get to shower. GROSS. Stove had burnt on food, over had no guard in the bottom to cover heating element, hair on stove and hanging from microwave, no serving bowls to cook with, no blender or mixer to prepare food with. We booked Friday to Monday and left Saturday morning.

The property was in a good location close to our conference and offered us a more affordable option than a hotel. The accommodations met our need of a place to sleep. We weren’t looking for luxury or anything too fancy.

I would highly recommend staying with this host and in this location. It was Central to everything downtown and all of the attractions we were interested in. Easy access elsewhere also with the transit system and the security cleanliness and overall impression was outstanding. I honestly hate to give such a great review because I'd like to keep this as a hidden treasure but I can't do that. It is definitely worth looking into

Great location walkable to Fourth Street Live and close to Whiskey Row with a short Uber trip if you don’t want to walk! We enjoyed the Meta bar around the corner for fun craft drinks and the Sicilian for delicious pizza. Comfortable for 2 couples. Recommend adding the off street parking if you have a vehicle.

The property was clean and looked as pictured. However, a heavy metal band began playing outside on the patio 4 stories below our window. We measured the noise in the apartment at 105 decibels. It was too noisy to stay, and we did not know how late they would play. The owner quickly offered us a refund, and we moved to a quiet hotel.

Over the period of 2 months, I attempted to contact the property manager without getting a response by a link in email (said property had been removed from listing), messages on VBRO, and text and phone calls to phone number provided on VRBO I subsequently spent 3 hours over several days talking to customer service at VRBO to be sure we had a place to stay when we reached Louisville It wasn’t until my last call with customer service the day before we were to leave that I got a text message from the owner saying he had software problems During our stay, I attempted to reach the owner about onsite parking and a Bot told me to use the link in the email sent which said the link had been disabled Location was great for walking (but you need good ear plugs for the planes flying overhead low every 15 minutes), but it was not worth the hassle for the communication breakdowns

Neighborhood is a bit sketchy. Parking should be included in price because we always had to worry about a ticket or being towed. Whole building was old but unit was clean.
