We had a great stay

The unit was beautiful. The area was beautiful. I was not happy to find the windows taped up for exterior painting. I chose the condo because I loved view from the balcony. I understand that painting and upgrading is important, but I would have chosen a different property if it was mentioned on Expedia. There was no notice given. Lightning caused a complete water shutdown for 18 or so hours, no message. It caused a screeching noise from the utility closet. I called to complain but felt that there was little explanation. As the painting resumed, I returned from my conference to find two men in my unit sitting on the couch. Understandably they were there because workers were on my balcony. Again, no notice in advance, not a word from the rental service. Not pleased at all. (The men were nice and very surprised that I had not been notified.) I was given a refund for one day and I appreciated that. Full disclosure ON Expedia would have been nice. I booked through Expedia. But the VRBO company failed to inform me of what was going on in advance and as I was there.

It was clean, comfortable and just a few minutes from the beach... Parking can be a little tricky but other than that it was well worth it.

The overall property was great, however the luau itself was not what I expected. For the price I was expecting a little more. I was told about the construction, I specifically asked if our balcony and unit was affected and told no. We get there and the balcony is closed. The unit itself was smaller than the pictures and somewhat outdated. Will not stay again

We enjoyed our stay, although there were a few things that we missed, such as a full-sized refrigerator to hold plenty of cold drinks. It would be nice to have ice as well. The balcony was very narrow, so it was scary, although the view was great. The walk to the beach was an easy 5 minutes. The beach chairs were not really what I call a beach chair, so we bought our own. The pool and grounds were nice. The hvac was very loud, so we had several nights of interrupted sleep, although it was fixed at the end of the week. Overall, this is a fairly nice condo. I would compare it to a hotel, because I’m almost certain that’s what it was previously. It’s very functional and close proximity to the beach.

The condo was very clean and everything was in great shape. We were very comfortable and loved many things- the amazing view, the stylish bathroom, the quiet and easy to navigate complex, the covered parking, the amazing pool, and the very short walk to the beach. We would definitely return!

Properties are always very clean and in good condition. This property had very Spartan room features. Also, the air conditioner was so loud it made it difficult to sleep.

Overall a great stay! The pool on the property is wonderful and the beach is a very short 3 minute walk through a designated trail! On site transportation is available to the bayside to enjoy things such as Baytowne Warf. Host was great with communicating to get pass for tram. We stayed a week and could have used a few extra towels/wash cloths but other than that stay was great!

We enjoyed our stay. The room was nice, the balcony was a little small, and the pool was great. If I had to complain about one thing it would be the walk to the beach. It’s not bad, but it is something to be aware if you plan to stay. Overall, a very nice place to stay for the Miramar Beach area.

The studio is located next to the elevators and the noise level was minimal. The space was clean, bright and airy. Each zone was purposeful and very relaxing. King bed, huge tv( husband's fav), sofa, spacious bathroom(my fav) and nice kitchenette. Beach access is about a 5 min walk. If you pack a lot of items for the beach or don't like walking there is a gravel lot across from resort for your convenience. I highly recommend this studio! Great weekend get-a-way for my husband and I!!
