Gulf Front condo PRIVATE JACUZZI BATH and almost a mile of private gated beach.

The rooms were nice but found a dead roach inside. Floors were dirty.

The property owner took my deposit because “I had hair dye in the bedding” NOT true, no dye in my hair. The bedding was fine when I left. I thoroughly checked the room so I’m really shocked. Also even though some things look new in the place it was a horrible makeover. Old looking and dust/pipes were visible. Doors would not close correctly. False advertisement.

The room was clean and well kept. The host was very accommodating with my two young children! The pool is partially covered to help keep little ones out of the sun. 10/10 and definitely recommend!

The location was perfect! The room description was not 100% accurate. It would've been nice if we were told that the sofa bed did not work and that we'd have to use a blow up mattress and sleep on the floor. The blow up mattress took up most of the floor space and wasn't very comfortable.Other than that it was a nice place to stay.

We had a great stay. John was the most responsive and helpful host we’ve ever had. Location was great and within walking distance of everything we needed. 4th of July is especially fun with all the fireworks up and down the beach.

I loved this place!! I reached out to the property manager and he replied right away. Highly recommend!! The only problem was parking since there was construction work during my stay and part of the parking lot was blocked.

It was perfect. We were so thankful to be able to stay here because of last minute reservations. Beautiful beach. Loved the deck! The room was just what we needed. Plus, the location of our room was close to stairs and elevator. I was happy about the privacy of the resort because of arm bands and the uncrowded beach area!

Great pool( huge). Right on beach. Parking terrible! The maintainance/ manager? was very helpful& friendly. The unit says it sleeps 4 but only had 1 queen bed then a blowup mattress& couch that wasn’t very comfortable. Owner was easy to contact. In walking distance of places to eat& activities. TV was easy to cut on but had to figure out how to operate the volume

Condo was everything expected it to be. Neighbors nice respectful. Great community of live in owners! Best thing about the setup was 45 ft walk to water!!

Our stay was very nice. Close to all the action that Panama City has to offer. Room was clean and ready for us before check in time.

Wow! To start the outside of the building is adorable art deco building. The room is a perfect beach room that has everything you could need. Then you walk out the door and have a STUNNING view of the beach. The beach access and space is amazing! There’s no girnormious condos around so you have plenty of space to enjoy your own space in this paradise. The cherry on top is the host - he makes you feel like you’re part of his family, hospitality at its finest! I hope we get to come back soon!

This unit was perfect for our short stay and we were very pleased to get it booked with short notice. Love the decor and comfortable bed. We had everything we needed. I think the price is very reasonable.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Right on the beach. Very nice pool. Very conveniently close to everything. We walked to the runaway island restaurant and Walmart was right around the corner. John was available and very accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

The room was clean and fully stocked...The host went beyond what i would of expected to fix a small issue with the television...will definately book with him again...Everything was more then we expected...

you need to check the ceiling in the bathtub it looks like mold is on the ceiling and the window seal is awful someone has use that as a ashtray

Quick trip to Panama City Beach to surprise my wife for her birthday. The condo was awesome! Clean, great decor, kitchen. This condo is right on the beach!! Pool was awesome too! Security was excellent! We will definitely be back! Loved it!

Even though I knew it was a studio, there are pictures of what appears to be 2 beds, which could give the illusion of this being a 2 bedroom condo, which is exactly what someone thought (if you read the reviews). He thought this because there appears to be 2 different beds with different colored comforters in the pictures. In one picture, the bed has a red comforter, and in another picture, I believe the bed has a blue comforter. In reality, there is one bed, and it has a white comforter. Also, regarding the bed - while it was very comfortable, I'm not positive that it's a queen sized bed. It might be a full sized bed instead, but I could be wrong. I have a queen sized bed at home, and this bed seemed smaller. Also, a few more small things to know: 1) there was only ONE roll of toilet paper. We had to go out and buy toilet paper. There should have been 3 rolls, in my opinion. 2) The coffee pot is not a regular sized coffee pot. It is a single serving coffee maker. When I asked the host if there was a coffee maker or Keurig, he replied back and said coffee maker. In my opinion, he should have said, It's a single serving coffee maker. 3) In the description of this studio, it says kitchen. That is inaccurate! There is NO stove. There is a sink, a refrigerator, and a microwave, which makes it a kitchenette. There is, however, a portable electric stove top-like appliance. 4) The door handle wasn't firmly secured to the door. It just needs to be tightened.

The bed was very comfortable. Air conditioning works great. The shower works great. But if you plan on cooking anything you may rethink your plans. No good way to cook. And there is no full size coffee pot. Other than that this condo was perfect. Loved the location and the beach was absolutely amazing. The pool was really great also. Would recommend

My stay here was good. It was well put together and was perfect for a beach vacation. However the couch bed was broken and the air mattress blew up but deflated very fast. Besides that it was good! Had everything you need. If you bring others bring your own air mattress

We loved the room. It was pefect for us. The air conditioner is excellent!! The bed was comfortable.

From the first step into this quaint rental to the last, we wouldn't have changed a thing! It's perfect for 2 but could sleep another couple. The Jacuzzi tub was exactly what was needed after a long day. Location is top tier for the beach access ramp is literally just a gate code away. Parking can be hit or miss but it did not bother us at all. John Castillo was very attentive to our questions/concerns. The local restaurants and bar/grills were welcoming, but very pricey. Our trip was absolutely better than expected. We look forward to booking again soon!
