Host very nice , rental very clean, on the beach but small bathroom. But well worth the cost. We may rent again.

Great little place, just what we wanted. Perfect bolt hole for staying in if you aren’t spending too long indoors, great location, amenities and great access to beach.

We had an excellent vacation and this place is perfect!!! Perfectly located right across the street from the beach. Very clean and has everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. Lynn is a super host and so easy to work with. This is our go to place when we’re on the island.

Clean and cozy. Easy check-in/out. Great location directly across the street from the beach. Easy walk to Bridge Street shops and restaurants, but we utilized our rental car to drive to other parts of the island. Fun trip!

It was a great location right across from the beach. The shower was the worst part of the condo, if I was plus size I definitely wouldn’t be able to use it very well and we ran out of towels. The condo was definitely worth the location from the beach and we would stay there again. Communication was great with the owner easy parking access and the check in/out process was so easy. It was perfect for our family of three. The bed was so comfortable and the best sleep I ever had on vacation.

The space was charming ,comfortable , and had everything we needed and more. It felt like a thoughtful retreat where we could truly relax and enjoy our time. We couldn't have asked for a better place for our vacation and would absolutely return. Lynn was also very wasy to communicate with and responded promptly to any questions.

Perfect for two. Very clean and a 30 second walk across the road to a beautiful, uncrowded beach. Close to the best seafood restaurants in Cortez, FL. Convent to stores and beach bars.Will return again!

Location is just across the from Bradenton beach. Easy parking. Close to entertainment and restaurants. We were able to walk to many places. We had just one small issue. We needed more wash clothes and they were delivered overnight.

The location is perfect, right across the street from the beach. There is a free trolley that we took to the grocery store (Publix) to get sandwiches and drinks. There are plenty of restaurants to take the trolley to or walk. We were especially grateful for the the beach umbrellas and chairs provided by the owner. were grateful for the

We had a wonderful stay, great area, beautiful beaches and nice place to stay. This location was perfect for us, within walking distance to Bridge St, just across the street from the beach. I would definitely recommend and we hope to return again. The location was as advertised and was perfect for the two of us.

So conveniently located to everything! Plus, just steps away from the gulf! All of the amenities were exceptional, e.g., beach chairs, beach towels, fully equipped kitchen and perfect for two!! Host was amazing and quick to answer any questions. Check in and check out was seamless! Highly recommend! We willl be back!

Cute little place across the street from the beach! Had beach amenities, everything needed to cook, and was well air conditioned. Only complaint is the bathroom is quite small and we weren’t supplied enough tp. Definitely recommend!!

We loved this rental! It had direct access to the beach, and was the perfect amount of space for 2 people. We appreciated that the host provided beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, etc. and the outdoor shower was great to rinse off in after a day at the beach. You will be able to stay here without renting a car. It is close enough to Bridge Street that we walked there. If we wanted to go further on the island, we took the free trolley. We enjoyed everything!

Pros/cons… cons smaller than advertised and bathroom was way too small for 6’2 guy. Pros everything else … great location, peaceful, home was in good operating condition, and parking was great. Beach and nearby activities easily accessible.

We loved only having to cross the street to be on the beach.
