Gulf Breeze Inn - Total relaxation! Modern apartment just steps to the beach!

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!! Only a very short walk to the beach!!! Great location, price and communication. Beautiful place and nicely decorated. Designated parking spot! Had everything on site and available if needed for the beach that we could have wanted…towels, chairs, wagon, umbrella, sunscreen and even after sun aloe gel. Kitchen had all we needed for cooking and refrigeration. Would definitely stay here again!!

Had a great stay at this property with my spouse. Very quant and quiet area perfect for a relaxing getaway. Property was clean and organized. The fact that the property had beach towels/ chairs/ umbrella made our stay even better. Very short walk to the beach and pleanty of great dining in the area.

Such a great place! Location is ideal for enjoying the beach. It's a quick walk to coffee shops and restaurants. Listing and photos are accurate. It's clean and cozy with adorable decor. I really appreciate having a designated parking spot!Host was responsive, gracious, and gave clear instructions to make this a seamless, stress free stay. Highly recommend!

This was such a cute place, in an amazing location. The bed was incredibly comfy, and even the sheets and pillows were cozy and smelled lovely. There were extras of everything that a person might need, and beach supplies available in a closet. The beach chair and bag were very nice to have for a relaxing day out! It had a full fridge/freezer, small oven/stove, Keurig and Roku TVs in both rooms. The temperature can be controlled in each room also, which is a nice bonus. The owner and property manager were both very responsive and helpful. Opening the door, you look right out on the beach. There are a couple of chairs in a private area in the back, however there was no shade or table (there is a big chest full of all kinds of fun beach toys though); so I just sat on the stairs/doorway area if I wanted a minute outside without being in the sun. I would definitely recommend Gulf Breeze Inn, and will absolutely stay here again if I get the chance. I didn't want to leave.

First off i would like to say thank you to Miss Betty. My girlfriend and i stayed at the Gulf Breeze inn for 3 days. It was everything and more than i had hoped for! Our room was perfect. Nice clean and tidy. Very nice to be able to just walk straight out of the room just a few feet from the beach. There were plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance which made it very nice. I will be coming back to Indian Rocks in the near future and hope to be able to get the very same room my girlfriend and i stayed in. Thanks again Betty!

Great Stay and Wonderful Location!

Peaceful apartment, so easy to walk out to the beach each day. The beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels were a great addition. Thank you Gulf Breeze Inn for a wonderful stay!

Less than 200 steps from the beach, this unit is a nice beach getaway. The accommodations were both comfortable and adequate for our needs.

We loved our little cottage. Everything we needed was there (except a dish rack),this included really nice beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. It was only steps to a really nice beach and a huge plus was my friend teaches yoga right there on the beach. There are plenty of good restaurants within walking distance as well. The only thing I was disappointed with is you could not open the windows. It was not real hot and I would have preferred that over A/C. Really just a personal preference. Would definitely consider staying here again!

Property manager promptly addressed issues we found during our stay (burnout bulb and broken hot water heater). Location was convenient. Free parking, (though spots were a little short for a minivan or large SUV). Bed was comfortable. We didnt use the beach stuff, (weather in 50s), but chairs, wagon, towels were available. Good for a couple; seemed like it would be hard to move around if we had had to use the sofa bed.

Great little spot. Can’t wait to come back. 10/10.

This comfy cozy beach house was just what I needed to decompress from life's challenges. I was very impressed from booking to check out. The communication is clear and thorough. The place is so comfortable and clean. It is so close to the water you can hear the waves from the front porch. It was truly a peaceful getaway. I definitely want to return.

This place was perfect to have an engagement weekend near an amazing beach. The perfect environment to pop the question. The host was very accommodating for additional hours on the day we were supposed to leave. Excellent communication. This place is so worth it!

We had a long weekend getaway and enjoyed every minute. From the beautiful walks on the beach to the delicious local fare, we couldn’t have asked for anything better! The Gulf Breeze Inn was a quaint and charming little bungalow with everything we needed!

Close proximity to beach with dedicated parking space. Unit has been completely updated, queen mattress was very comfortable. I would book again, cute place for a quick getaway.
