    Stay was great, had an issue with a leaking drain line in the ceiling. The trap design in the washer is messed up.Otherwise no complaints and well rent again

    The place was very clean, very roomy, very nice. The rooftop was a nice plus. I just wish it was a little closer to Broadway (within walking distance). We rented a car and the garage was perfect. The only issue we had was that the batteries in the keypad on the front door were dead, and we couldn’t get in . thank God the cleaning manager was working on another unit and saw that we couldn’t get in and let us in and replaced the batteries right away (and extra towels when we asked for them). Definitely would recommend this place! (McDougall‘s on the corner has excellent fried chicken strips.)

    This was a spacious place a group.However, it needed a paint job, many black marks on white walls, kitchen not equipped, no cutting board spatulas and lacking proper size utensils. Shower curtain was dirty. No blow dryers anywhere!! Roof top was neglected and communication was not great. Wanted to talk to a real person.

    Perfect place for any group, well built condo baths and bedrooms private. Mattresses were very comfortable. Loved the rooftop. Place could have been a little cleaner but over all great value and would stay again. Communication and check in was very good.

    We came to town for our son’s 21st. We slept 10 comfortably, the beds were soft but good. Great location, ride shares were easy & quick to Broadway. The condo is a fun layout but the overall cleanliness could be improved. Seems like a deep clean is in order. It wasn’t filthy, but lacked detailed cleaning. Overall it was a great spot for our group and we would stay again. The host was very informative and check-in & check-out simple. The garage fit our SUV and Jeep Wrngler with no issue.

    The highlights: You're close to downtown, music row and the Gulch. The rooftop patio is cute and fun. Plenty of space in the house. Beds were comfy to sleep on. Property management is quick to respond and solve issues if they arise - for example, we tried to use the firepit the first night and it wouldn't work, they brough new propane tanks for firepit and grill the next morning. The downside: The property is pretty beaten up, lots of scuffs, dirt, and dust. Towels and linens were clean but don't look too closely anywhere else, it's surface cleaned and that's it. Bunk beds feel like they are ready to fall apart and I wouldn't trust putting an adult on them. Bare minimum of kitchen necessities and no extra TP/trash bags, etc. are provided so make sure you pack some even for a short trip. The 2 car garage will only work for 2 cars if you have smaller vehicles. Our standard truck / SUV combo didn't fit, there's no other option for parking so we had to leave the garage open. There should be a deadbolt on the door into the house from the garage given the safety concerns mentioned in the listing.
