This delightful 40 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this beautiful city. It is located on the 1st floor and has a lift access.

It is designed with vibrant living and kitchen areas. The living space features a lovely sitting area, including a double couch bed, where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city.

The open-concept kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing andenjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware and cutlery, a dining table and a dishwasher for extra comfort.

The bedroom is modernly decorated and it includes a comfortable double bed fitted, a TV, air conditioning, multiple storage spaces and a support desk.

The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

Massarelos, a picturesque neighbourhood in Porto, Portugal, blends history, culture, and stunning riverside views. Nestled along the Douro River, it is home to iconic landmarks like the Palácio de Cristal Gardens, offering breathtaking panoramas of the city. The area is known for its traditional azulejo-tiled buildings, charming streets, and the historic Tram 1, which runs along the river to Foz do Douro.

This lively district also boasts a rich maritime heritage, visible at the Port Wine Museum and the bustling Cais das Pedras waterfront. Visitors can enjoy fresh seafood at local restaurants, explore hidden art galleries, or simply soak in the authentic charm of one of Porto’s most enchanting areas.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest subway station, Aliados, is 1.5 km away.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 23-minute drive from the property.

Uber is available for download and use in Porto.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
