This two-bedroom apartment in Malva-Rosa is located on the ground floor and is a perfect choice for guests looking to enjoy a beach getaway. It is ideally located just a 5-minute walk from the beach, allowing you to easily spend your days soaking up the sun and enjoying the sand and surf.
This property is suitable for disabled persons or persons with reduced mobility.

This property is designed with an open floor plan. The living room features aconvertible sofa bed, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, and a dining table for six. There's also an indoor terrace with a table and two chairs to lounge and relax. Please also note that the property has limited windows for ventilation; only the terrace door can be opened to allow fresh air in.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave, to prepare delicious meals. For added convenience, the apartment also has a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze and a washer, drying rack, and ironing facilities to meet laundry needs.

The first bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the second has a trundle bed. All have complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom is conveniently connected to both bedrooms, ensuring privacy and convenience for all guests. It contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, a hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Malvarrosa is renowned for its wide and sandy beach, Playa de Malvarrosa. This beach is one of Valencia's most iconic and frequented beaches, offering a picturesque setting for locals and tourists.

The neighbourhood features a lively promenade known as the Paseo Marítimo. This area is bustling with activity, lined with restaurants, bars, and shops, making it a popular destination for strolling and enjoying the seaside atmosphere.

Malvarrosa is known for its seafood restaurants, where visitors can savour fresh seafood dishes, particularly paella. The beachfront is a great place to experience Valencia's renowned culinary scene.

The neighbourhood is also home to the historic Balneario Las Arenas, a beachfront spa that has been beautifully restored. It reflects the architectural charm of the early 20th century.

Malvarrosa is not only a tourist destination but also a residential area. It offers a mix of modern amenities and a taste of traditional Spanish life, providing a unique atmosphere for residents and visitors.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stop, la Malva-rosa - Fuerteventura, is just a 1-minute walk.

Valencia Airport is a 33-minute drive from the property.

Self check-in with smart lock. You need a smartphone with battery and internet connection; an electronic key will be used. Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive the link with the key and access instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form.

We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and bin liners. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests can smoke in the outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80. Extra keys: according to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be applied according to the cost of the copy.
