Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a great time in this apartment, it really felt like home. the location is strategic for visiting Paris and the view of the tour Saint Jacques very parisienne. The house is well equipped and offers plenty of space. The street below the house is a little noisy at night but look at where you are! Strongly recommended

The house is well equipped and offers plenty of space. The street below the house is a little noisy at night but look at where you are! Strongly recommended

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a great time the flat was very nice and just as pictured. We happened to arrive during a heat wave with temperatures 20 degrees above normal, which made for unusual temps inside also.

Stayed May 4, 2023Our stay was 50% good, 50% not great. The management company does not respond in a timely manner, and did not respond to the many emails I sent to them. On the other hand the owner of the apartment was great and responded to our inquiries right away. The listing on this property having 3 bedrooms is not accurate as there are only 2 real bedrooms and a room between two bedrooms where they put 2 beds and hung a curtain to walk past for privacy. This was not mentioned at all and would not be considered a typical arrangement. No privacy at all and no closet. There were a couple of areas with curtains hanging to block off small areas which we could not use. Another issue was the elevator which to reach you had to climb two sets of stairs. This was not mentioned in the listing at all. While the listing says 2 bathrooms, the written description in the listing claims there are 4 bathrooms. Somewhere else we saw 2.5 listed. It is in fact 2. The apartment is in desperate need of decluttering. We had trouble with the appliances and had to call the owner many times ( apologies for that ). Manuals would have helped. The listing had no reviews on VRBO so we should have known better not to rent. The great thing about this property was the location. But we will not go back. It is too bad as this property has great potential but not in the state it is in. So sorry for the review.
