This delightful 250m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this relaxing city. It is located on the 5th floor and has a lift access.

It is designed with vibrant and open living and kitchen areas. The living space features a lovely sitting area where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city.

The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socialising and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware and cutlery to make delicious meals.

Three bedrooms include a queen bed each, and the fourth has two single ones. All bedrooms are modernly decorated and fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces.

Four bathrooms are prepared with all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

A short walk away, you’ll find the historic Teatro Sá da Bandeira, a cultural landmark dating back to 1870, hosting an array of performances and events. Nearby is the bustling Mercado do Bolhão, a traditional market renowned for its lively atmosphere and fresh local produce.

The majestic Avenida dos Aliados, a central boulevard lined with stunning architecture and cultural spaces, is also within easy reach. For those interested in history and art, the São Bento Train Station, famous for its intricate blue-and-white azulejos depicting Portuguese history, is just a short stroll away. Additionally, the vibrant Rua de Santa Catarina, Porto’s most popular shopping street, offers a mix of high-street stores, traditional cafes, and boutiques.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Bolhão, is just a 2-minute walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 25-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

    The apartment looked very appealing when we arrived. It was after some time we noticed problem. The A/C unit in the bedroom off of the master leaked requiring us to put towels on the floor. When asked if replacement towels could be provided we were told sure for a fee. After explaining why we should not have to pay, more towels were provided. The remotes for the two A/C units in the kitchen and living room did not work. In the master bedroom it looked as though there was some kind of water leak above the bed. It was a very sizeable stain. Whenever a toilet would get flushed the whole apartment smelled like sewer. It would go away after some time. The location of this apartment was spot on, in a very good location. The folks at Guest Ready were very responsive to our needs. There was not much they could do about the problems with the physical stuff of the apartment. Things would have to change with the apartment before I would stay again.

    This apartment was in a great location in the heart of Bolhão neighborhood of Porto and very accessible to everything you'll want to see and do in Porto. It had a beautiful balcony view and the rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious. The only reason we didn't rate this apartment higher is that we had issues with the multiple cooling systems throughout the apartment. We were there on a fairly hot week and needed to run the air conditioning units. Several of them leaked while running, puddling water on the ground. While the management was responsive, they were unable to address the issues while we were staying there, which made for some inconvenience as we weren't able to run units without supervising them for drips/messes. Hopefully this will be fixed for future travelers as this is a great apartment overall!

    The apartment was spacious and super clean on the 5th floor of a well-kept-up building with a working elevator. Each room had its own bathroom and shower. Building security was great. The location served our needs perfectly, which was to be home base for a full-day tour to the Douro valley, with wine tasting. Check in was a problem. We were given instructions to buzz ourselves in the building with the buzzer at the building door, at street level, and then get the key from the lockbox outside the apartment. However, the buzzer, which was not labeled as they said it would be, failed to open the building front door, and the management team on the phone wanted to be helpful but they were not able to send anyone out to let us in. Luckily, after the better part of an hour, a building resident came home and let us in the building, and all was good from there. The management team, on the phone, were very polite, but it seemed to us like they were not prepared or empowered to help us. All ended well, aside from being stuck outside the building without assistance from the rental management company. We think the fault probably was with 'GuestReady', the management company, who were responsible for helping us during our stay, and not with VRBO - it seems to us that GuestReady did not have the planning or resources that were needed to assist us at check in.

    Our stay was good. Kitchen is very large. Bedrooms are nice size. Overall very clean and had everything we needed
