This charming 85m² three-bedroom apartment in Porto is the ideal choice for families and groups of friends seeking a comfortable and well-located stay.
NOTE: THE PROPERTY IS LOCATED ON THE 1ST FLOOR AND ACCESSIBLE BY STAIRS.

Thoughtfully designed with an open floor plan, the living area features a cosy sofa and a TV where you can unwind and enjoy your favourite shows after a day of exploring the city.

The adjoining kitchenette is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, essential cookware, and cutlery. For added convenience, the apartment also offers a dishwasher, washing machine, and ironing equipment.

The sleeping arrangements include a queen bed in the first and second bedrooms, and two single beds in the third, all fitted with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Located in the heart of Porto’s Bonfim district, this property places you within one of the city's most authentic and up-and-coming neighbourhoods. Guests will find themselves just steps away from cafés, including the much-loved A Certain Café, known for its warm atmosphere, artisanal treats, and natural wines.

The area offers everything you need for a convenient stay, with supermarkets, a traditional bakery, local shops, and even a florist, all contributing to the welcoming, community feel. Just around the corner, Trama bar provides a creative menu of tapas and drinks, perfect for a relaxed evening out.

Art lovers and students will appreciate the proximity to the Faculty of Fine Arts and the historic Biblioteca Pública Municipal do Porto. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
