This spacious 90m² apartment is ideally located near top attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a variety of restaurants offering diverse dining options.

The living room is designed for relaxation, featuring a cozy sofa, a TV for your favorite shows, and a dining table. Large windows fill the space with natural light, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. The room also opens onto a balcony with seating, perfect for enjoying the view.

The fullyequipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, cookware, and cutlery. A washing machine is also available for your convenience.

The apartment offers three comfortable bedrooms. Two have queen-size beds, with one being an ensuite that includes a private balcony and wardrobe. The third bedroom has two single beds. All beds come with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful sleep.

The bathrooms are stocked with essentials, including fresh towels and toiletries.

For your convenience, the space is professionally cleaned before each stay. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building with an elevator and includes private garage parking.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This property is nestled in a vibrant area that offers easy access to several notable attractions. A short distance away is the bustling Mercado dos Lavradores, where visitors can immerse themselves in local culture by exploring a variety of fresh produce, flowers, and traditional goods. Additionally, the nearby Funchal Cathedral (Sé) stands as a testament to the city's rich history and architectural heritage.

For dining options, the vicinity boasts a range of esteemed restaurants. Restaurante Desarma is celebrated for its innovative Madeiran cuisine, offering guests a modern twist on traditional dishes in a cozy setting. Another notable establishment is La Vaca Negra, renowned for its exceptional steak offerings and warm ambience, making it a favourite among both locals and visitors.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The Madeira International Airport is a 20-minute drive from the property.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
