Stayed Dec 3, 2025Perfect location and space for our trip! We walked all over the city in the early morning, day and night and always felt safe. There are many restaurants, grocery stores and cute boutiques in the neighborhood.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Property was quite nice and we would stay again. Very good location. Lots of towels and linens. Very comfy bed. Property manager needs to provide printed info on all the appliances, which were upscale Bosch, in the kitchen. Most importantly: instructions on the in-floor heating system. We arrived to an apartment with thermostats at 16° C/62°F. There were no instructions on how to turn the system on, nor how to set the thermostats. Between texting and phone calls with the management personnel I realized they had no clue. They said they would send a technician. During this time I was trying various buttons with no luck. I noted the brand and model of the thermostat and found it online. I downloaded the user manual and found the steps to run the system manually. Very easy...if you have a manual. No client would know this without it. As the floor was warming up, I received a phone call from Madagascar. It was someone working with GuestReady, the property management, asking about the problem and whether to send a technician. This was two hours after we arrived. I said that the system seemed to be working. We went for dinner and found the apartment warm when we got back. Such a situation is totally unacceptable. I wonder how long a client not as tech-savvy as I am would have been in the cold waiting for a technician. Great property management would send someone to the property before a client's arrival and turn the heat on. This was not great.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The place had not been cleaned from the prior guests when we arrived. There was no toilet paper. We waited three hours for the cleaner to arrive, two more hours for the apartment to be cleaned and after all of that, we still had to buy toilet paper and clean the shower to use. There was no AC. The furniture in the living room was outdated and uncomfortable. The location was very good.
