Upon entering this inviting apartment, guests are welcomed into a bright living room adorned with a plush sofa and a TV, ideal for relaxing afternoons. Large windows offer calming views of the surrounding greenery, seamlessly connecting to a dining area that comfortably seats six, perfect for shared meals and gatherings.

The galley-style kitchen is a culinary delight, equipped with beautiful appliances including a dishwasher and ample counter space for meal preparation. Adjacent is a utility area with a washer, ensuring convenience during extended stays. A small table provides a cozy spot for quick breakfasts or casual snacks.

The sleeping quarters comprise three bedrooms, each with a double bed and ample natural light from large windows. The main bathroom features a shower and practical amenities, including a hairdryer, while an additional WC adds extra convenience for guests.

The bathroom is stocked with essentials, including fresh towels and toiletries, for your convenience.

The apartment is professionally cleaned before every stay to ensure your comfort and peace of mind.

Guests have full access to the entire apartment, located on the 1st floor. An elevator ensures easy movement within the building.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

A comfortable and well-located apartment in Vila Nova de Gaia, set in a residential area with easy access to both the city and transport links. Guests are close to the new Vila d’Este metro station, providing direct connections to Porto’s historic center, as well as local shops, cafés, and services nearby.

The famous Gaia riverside with its wine cellars, the iconic Dom Luís I Bridge, and Porto’s main attractions are just a short ride away. With nearby beaches such as Miramar and Madalena also within easy reach, it’s an ideal base for exploring the Porto region, combining city life with coastal relaxation.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Vila d’Este (Metro do Porto – Line D), is approximately a 5–8 minute walk from the property, providing direct connections to Porto city centre and the wider metro network.

The nearest train station, General Torres (Linha do Norte), is about a 10–12 minute drive, offering regional and national rail connections.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) is approximately a 20–25 minute drive from the property, depending on traffic.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bags. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
