Please be informed that there are currently metro construction works near the accommodation, which may cause occasional noise and temporary disruptions to traffic and parking in the area. Despite this, access to the apartment remains available.

A comfortable and well-located apartment in Vila Nova de Gaia, set in a residential area with easy access to both the city and the coast. Guests can explore the Gaia riverside and its famous wine cellars, cross the iconic Dom Luís I Bridge to Porto's historic center, or relax at nearby beaches such as Madalena and Miramar.
With local cafés, restaurants, and shops nearby, as well as good transport connections, it's an ideal base for discovering the Porto region, combining city life with seaside relaxation.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest metro station, Santo Ovídio (Metro do Porto – Line D), is approximately a 10–12 minute walk from the property, providing direct access to Porto city centre.
The nearest train station, General Torres (Linha do Norte), is about a 10-minute drive, offering regional and national rail connections.
Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) is approximately a 20–25 minute drive from the property, depending on traffic.
Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that a personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
