To make your stay even more convenient, the apartment includes a washing machine, clothes dryer, and ironing equipment to take care of your laundry needs effortlessly.

Eixample is known for its modernist charm, with stunning facades, wide boulevards, and tree-lined streets creating a sophisticated yet welcoming atmosphere.

Self check-in with smart lock. You need a smartphone with battery and internet connection; an electronic key will be used. Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive the link with the key and access instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form.

We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and bin liners. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests can smoke in the outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80. Extra keys: according to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be applied according to the cost of the copy.

Please note that before arrival, all guests over 16 years old must pay the city tax, which is €9.50 per guest per night (maximum 7 nights).

    A well-appointed apartment with very comfortable mattresses and couch and a very spacious main bedroom, and in a fantastic location. The bunk bed is large with two double mattresses. Kitchen is up-to-date. Overall we loved it!When they say “first floor” they mean, not so obviously, the first floor above the second floor, in other words what we in North America call the THIRD floor, up two flights of stairs. It’s extra confusing because there is a 2a entry door on the second floor too, where someone else lives.Air conditioner and elevator did not work when we were there, a minor inconvenience.
