The property is clean and in a great location in the heart of Riberia. It’s a bit noisy being above an Irish pub. My only complaint is that more towels should be provided, both bath towels and kitchen towels.

Location and cleanliness was perfect. But the comunication could be better. İ forgot my sweatshirt at the apartment and i told this to them while i was still at Porto. Despite i was still in front of the apartment, they didnt’t let me to check the place for a short time. They just let me know that now they found it but i had already returned to my country.

If you plan on coming here for a place to relax in Porto, stay away from this place. This is easily one of the worst places I've stayed in Europe. Noise. Construction is on going throughout the morning and day. If you plan to sleep in or come to the room during the day for some peace and quiet, you won't get that here. Another issue with the construction is the stairway leading up to the room is very dirty from the dust and debris from the construction work. No one cleans it so you can see old hand and finger prints left in the dust. This property is also located above a bar. Their support people will brush this off and pretend as noise is not an issue from the bar but it is. My sister was not able to sleep until they closed because of the nosie which is at 1am. Which was on many nights. They claim to have 24hour support but this is a lie. If you call after hours, they will connect you to someone in another country. Trust me when I say no one will help you with the loud and intrusive noise. Another downside of having this property below a bar is the smell of cigarette smoke. It fills the halls every evening and seeps into the room. Absolutely disgusting place and their support will basically you they cannot help you because the construction and bar are out of their hands. Which they should absolutely be transparent about on this property. We were also told to leave our dirty towels on the floor and they would be replaced. They were not and we were taking showers without cle

Great location by the river and clean. Check in and check out was kind of a hassle because you had to walk several blocks to get the keys

First off, the location absolutely perfect for the purpose of our trip. Forewarning though, the key pickup is in a completely different location than the unit. It took me an extra hour to find the keys and return to the unit to even gain access. We did not experience any noise issues from the pub beneath us as others have reviewed. With that said, we did experience incredibly loud construction in the units directly above us beginning at 0800 on 2/3 days we stayed here. Hammering, tile breaking, what sounded like jack hammering. It went until about 1700 each day. It woke us all up, including my young child. We couldn’t even hear each other speak inside of the unit despite yelling. I emailed about my experience and have not received a response. Beware if you’re traveling around June-July 2024. Besides this, the unit was fine. The rug was caked with dirt but everything else was clean.

Location is great. There is a bar that is very loud from about 21:00-00:30. Not horrible though. Convenient if you want a nearby bar that is fun. We had some pretty major construction projects going on in the building when we were there. That went on from 08:30-18:30 with very loud drilling and hammering. We were up anyway but not fun to wake up with o and listen to while getting ready. Would have chosen a different location if I had known about the construction.

Fantastic location, easy check in/out process, very clean property. We had a minor issue with the elevator on the first night and the host responded immediately and it was fixed promptly.

Our overall experience was very good. We had a beautiful patio out the back which was great on a sunny day. We could walk to everywhere we wanted to see and very close to get to Gaia. Overall a great experience. Only con was the pub down below and the cigarette smoke.
