Welcome to GuestReady Essential in Valencia's Quatre Carreres district – a vibrant neighbourhood with plenty to see and do.

This simple 30 m² one-bedroom flat is a great base for exploring the city. It's on the ground floor at street level, sleeps 2 comfortably, and can fit up to 3 with the sofa bed in the living area (The bedroom is separated from the living room by a wall, but it does not have a door).

You'll have all the essentials for a pleasant stay: a fully equipped kitchen, fresh towels and linens, and 24/7 guest support.

A Note on Expectations:

We like to be upfront so you know exactly what to expect, while still enjoying comfort and convenience.

The flat doesn't have windows but has a mechanical ventilation system to keep the air fresh. As it's at street level, some noise is possible on weekdays.

To keep things comfortable for everyone, parties, loud noise, smoking, and pets are not allowed. The apartment has noise monitors and smoke detectors, and furniture must stay inside the property.

Please note that under no circumstances is it allowed to use, disturb, or affect the public road, the sidewalk, or the exterior areas, nor to remove furniture from the property.

The property is located in Valencia’s Quatre Carreres district, a lively area known for its mix of residential charm and cultural attractions. Just a short distance away, the iconic City of Arts and Sciences stands as a must-visit destination, featuring the futuristic Hemisfèric IMAX cinema and the interactive Museu de les Ciències Príncipe Felipe.

Nearby, Las Naves serves as a dynamic cultural hub, hosting exhibitions and events focused on social and urban innovation. For those who enjoy exploring local flavours, the renowned Mercado Central offers a vibrant experience with its vast selection of fresh produce, seafood, and traditional Valencian delicacies. A short journey leads to Valencia’s historic old town, where visitors can admire landmarks such as the Valencia Cathedral and La Lonja de la Seda, a UNESCO World Heritage site that reflects the city’s rich trading history.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stop, Port - Joan Josep Sister, is just a 2-minute walk.

The nearest tram stop, Grau - La Marina, is just a 7-minute walk.

Valencia Airport is a 25-minute drive from the property.

Self check-in with smart lock. You need a smartphone with battery and internet connection; an electronic key will be used. Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards (early check-in upon request). You will receive the link with the key and access instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form.

Early check-in is available subject to accommodation availability and prior confirmation. An additional cost may apply.

We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products and bin liners. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests can smoke in the outdoor spaces of the accommodation if available. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking.


Please note that under no circumstances may public areas, sidewalks, or exterior spaces be used, disturbed, or occupied, and furniture must not be removed or placed outside the property. Out of respect for coexistence, behaviours that disturb public order, create noise, or affect cleanliness are prohibited. It is also prohibited to remove any furnishings, chairs or household items from the property. Failure to comply may result in immediate cancellation of your stay.
