The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including a stove, oven, and microwave, making it easy to prepare delicious home-cooked meals. For added convenience, the property includes a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze, as well as a washing machine and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.

Each of the three bedrooms boasts a comfortable double bed dressed in complimentary hotel-quality linens, ensuring restful nights and ample space to unwind.

The apartment features 1.5 bathrooms, fully stocked with clean towels and complimentary toiletries to make your stay as convenient as possible.

Nestled in the quiet neighbourhood of Vilar de Andorinho, the property offers a peaceful retreat with easy access to the region’s cultural and scenic highlights. Just a short distance away, guests can explore the historic Port Wine Cellars, where the city’s rich heritage in winemaking comes alive through tastings and guided tours.

For panoramic views of the Douro River and the charming cityscape of Porto, a visit to Jardim do Morro is a must, especially at sunset. Nearby, the Teleférico de Gaia (Gaia Cable Car) offers a unique perspective of the city, gliding above the river and connecting the riverside to the upper parts of Gaia. Visitors can also embark on a Douro River Cruise to fully appreciate the beauty of the region, including its iconic bridges and waterfront architecture.

For transportation, the area is well-connected by bus services and the Porto metro system, making it convenient to explore Vila Nova de Gaia and beyond. It’s approximately a 26-minute journey by public transport to São Bento Station in Porto, a central hub connecting you to key landmarks and attractions.

Madalena Beach is just a 15-minute drive away, offering a relaxing coastal escape, while Matosinhos Beach, known for its surf-friendly waves and vibrant seaside atmosphere, is only 20 minutes by car.

In addition, the neighbourhood is well-served with essential amenities, including supermarkets, pharmacies, and a variety of restaurants just a short walk from the property, ensuring that everything you need is within easy reach.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
