Ideal for couples or solo travellers, this accommodation features a spacious and stunning open-plan living area. The lounge is equipped with a sumptuous blue sofa, an armchair, an elegant round dining table and a large TV — the perfect space to relax after a day of sightseeing.

The kitchen, which stands out for its impeccable white marble finishes, is fully equipped and ideal for preparing all your daily meals. In addition to crockery and essential utensils, it features a kettle, toaster, coffee machine, induction hob and other modern built-in appliances to assist you in your daily life.

The inviting balcony is conveniently accessed through the charming French windows in the living room, allowing you to enjoy the wonderful natural light during the day that brightens the entire area. The balcony features wooden lounge chairs and offers a beautiful city view over Porto's rooftops, making it the ideal spot for relaxing outdoors.

The bedroom is harmoniously decorated, providing a refined and serene atmosphere. It is a bright space, equipped with a comfortable double bed, elegant mirrors and spacious built-in wardrobes so you can keep your belongings organised.

The bathroom has all the amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The space is always professionally cleaned.

Access to the elevator landing involves a flight of stairs, and therefore this accommodation is not recommended for people with reduced mobility.

Located on the iconic Rua dos Clérigos, this accommodation places you literally at the epicentre and on the postcard of the city of Porto. The energy of this neighbourhood is absolutely contagious, cosmopolitan and steeped in history. Stepping out the door, you will be side by side with the city's most famous monument: the imposing Torre dos Clérigos. The area buzzes with life at any time of day, offering a perfect mix of traditional commerce, independent design shops, charming cafés and excellent restaurants. As night falls, you only need to turn the corner to find the famous 'Galerias de Paris', the city's main and most vibrant nightlife hub.

Staying at this address means that Porto's majestic Historic Centre (a UNESCO World Heritage Site) is, in fact, your home. You won't need to use public transport to explore the city's greatest wonders, as everything is within a short and scenic walk. Within just a few metres, you can marvel at the staircase of the world-famous Lello Bookshop, admire the stunning azulejos of São Bento Station, stroll along the grand Avenida dos Aliados or descend the medieval alleyways down to the picturesque Ribeira, where you can enjoy a glass of Port wine overlooking the Douro river and the Dom Luís I Bridge.

As well as being the perfect base for exploring the city on foot, this location is unbeatable for discovering the treasures of Northern Portugal. With São Bento Train Station just a few minutes' walk away, planning incredible day trips is incredibly easy. On a relaxing and scenic train journey, you can travel upriver towards the stunning landscapes of the Douro Valley (the world's oldest demarcated wine region), or head to other fascinating historic cities such as Braga (the Rome of Portugal), Guimarães (the birthplace of the nation, with its imposing castle) or even the romantic city of Aveiro (known as the Portuguese Venice).

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) is approximately 20 to 25 minutes away by taxi, Uber or car.

The nearest metro station is Aliados or São Bento (Yellow Line), just a few minutes' walk away, with direct connections to the airport and the entire Porto metro network.

The historic São Bento Station is also easily accessible on foot. There are also several bus stops nearby, making getting around the city very easy and convenient.

This is a self-check-in property and you will be asked to verify your identity before being able to check in to the apartment (15:00). We ask all guests to fill in a registration form that will be sent after the booking confirmation, in accordance with the legal obligations set out by the local authorities in Portugal.

This accommodation is for adults only.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least €200 EUR.

Please note that for stays of more than 30 nights, a fair use utilities policy applies with a limit of €80 included.

For the first days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up liquid and a bin bag.

Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, lost keys or door-opening service).
Extra cleaning: price of a cleaning fee.
Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
