The space also includes a compact kitchen fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including an oven, stovetop, and coffee machine—ideal for preparing your meals. A dining table provides a pleasant spot to enjoy a fresh coffee or a homemade meal, while vibrant patterned tiles add character to the space.

The sleeping area offers a comfortable bed to ensure restful nights, with all beds featuring hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

Lastly, the bathroom is designed with comfort and convenience in mind, featuring a sleek shower, along with fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

A comfortable and well-located apartment in Porto, close to the vibrant city center. Guests can easily explore Bolhão Market, Rua de Santa Catarina, and the iconic Capela das Almas, as well as enjoy nearby cafés, bakeries, and local restaurants. The historic center, São Bento Station, and the Ribeira riverside are all within easy reach, making it an ideal base for discovering Porto’s culture, gastronomy, and lively atmosphere.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Campo 24 de Agosto (Metro do Porto – Lines A, B, C, E and F), is approximately a 5–7 minute walk from the property, providing easy access across the city.

The nearest train station, Porto Campanhã (Linha do Norte), is about a 10–12 minute walk, offering regional and national rail connections.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) is approximately a 20–25 minute drive from the property, depending on traffic.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.


There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.


Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.


For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.


Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
