On the main floor, you’ll find a welcoming living room, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and all essential cooking utensils, making it easy to prepare meals at home. This floor also features a guest toilet and a laundry area with both awasher and dryer, ensuring a practical and comfortable stay.

The lower floor offers a generous lounge area, ideal for social gatherings, family time, or unwinding with a good book in a relaxed setting.

Heading up to the first floor, you’ll find two inviting bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable double bed to ensure restful nights. A shared bathroom with a shower and storage space serves this level.

On the second floor, the en-suite bedroom provides extra privacy, featuring two single beds and a private bathroom with a shower, making it a perfect option for children or additional guests.

Guests can also enjoy a private terrace equipped with a barbecue and an outdoor dining table, perfect for relaxed meals or evening gatherings. The terrace is accessed via shared stairs, as the property is part of a house that has been divided into two independent units. However, a physical barrier ensures privacy between both spaces, allowing each home to maintain its own private outdoor area without guest interaction between properties.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

A peaceful and comfortable apartment in Funchal, surrounded by greenery and stunning island scenery. Guests are close to Funchal’s historic center, the Old Town, and the cable car to Monte, as well as beautiful south-coast beaches and natural swimming areas. An ideal base for exploring Madeira’s landscapes, coastal views, and vibrant local culture.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

Madeira airport is an 20-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.


There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.


Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.


For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.


Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
