Designed with an open floor plan, the living room features a comfortable single sofa bed, a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows through multiple streaming options, and a dining table for four. There's also a private balcony with seating areas to lounge.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave. For added convenience, the property is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze and a washer, dryer, drying rack and ironing facility to meet your laundry needs.

The master bedroom is a true retreat, with a balcony, a desk for those who need to catch up on work, and an ensuite bathroom for added convenience. The second bedroom also features a balcony, providing a peaceful spot to enjoy your morning coffee. Both bedrooms have queen beds and complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The two bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, hair dryer and complimentary toiletries.

The property includes private parking for one car, making it convenient for guests with their vehicles.

Bonfim is situated just east of Porto's city centre, adjacent to the central parish of Santo Ildefonso. It is bordered by other parishes such as Campanhã, Paranhos, and Vitória.

Bonfim is known for its historical significance, with many centuries-old buildings. The area has a mix of residential and commercial properties, with traditional Portuguese architecture prevalent throughout.

One of the most prominent landmarks in Bonfim is the Church of Bonfim (Igreja do Bonfim), a beautiful baroque-style church known for its ornate facade and religious significance. The neighbourhood also features other historical buildings, squares, and public spaces.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

    A microwave oven would be great. Having no control of the air conditioner is unacceptable.

    We are a family of 3 and stayed 7 nights. Check-in was a nightmare. The code to get in the apartment building was not working and we couldn't get in touch with anybody . We eventually sneaked in with a pizza delivery guy. The garage is great but we did not get any instructions on how to get in so that was another not so nice experience. Nice big apartment who looks great but beds are really really hard, took us 3 days to get used to it. The pillows are not even pillows and they make sure there is only 1 pillow per person with a pillow cover. The couch looks great but is very uncomfortable, you can not stay seated, you just slide out of it. Master bathroom is great, great rain shower, the shower of the small bathroom shower cannot be used. There is a big gap between the door and the wall and it does not drain well. My son used it once and after used ours. The website says there is a dryer and a microwave, but they are not there. We received one big towel per person for 7 nights and one small towel per bathroom. So of course we had to wash them and had to buy a whole bottle of laundry detergent. Same with everything else. We have rented plenty of times with VRBO and never had to buy all the basics. They are very cheap. They left some samples of instant coffee while there is a Nespresso machine, we had to go buy everything. Salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, tea, napkins, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods. We left it all there for the next customers.

    The condo was clean and comfortable. We were very disappointed to find that the microwave that was listed was not included in the condo. The coffee maker had no pods to make our 1st cup of coffee in the morning after we checked in. There was no silverware, only one spoon and a large knife. A half used roll of paper towels, no trash bags and no laundry detergent. We had to make several trips to the store to purchase things that should’ve been included in the condo. Otherwise we had a nice day..

    Wonderful stay in Porto. Garage parking was great. Location was a bit far from the old town but we enjoyed the neighborhood. Well stocked kitchen and appliances.

    Very good at all levels. Practically new. Good furniture and appliances. Pleasant decoration. Very clean. Everything is available for cleaning, including products. Parking slot included. Check-in done as per schedule. The person responsible was there waiting for us. The location is relatively good. 15 min away from the center, if walking. The subway/metro is not super close, but also something like 10 to 15 min away. Could only point this out as a downside. This, and perhaps the carpet in the living room, because it spreads hair all over the place.
