Welcome to this beautiful 24 m² studio, located on the 2nd floor (with a lift). Completely renovated and tastefully decorated, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay near Paris.

The entrance opens onto a bright living area comprising a comfortable lounge, equipped with a convertible sofa and a television. The adjoining dining table can seat two people.

The sofa bed (queen – 160 x 200) is carefully furnished to offer comfort and tranquillity and made up withhotel-quality bed linen. Storage space is available for your convenience.

The open kitchen provides everything you need to cook just like at home: a cooking plate, microwave, refrigerator, a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster, utensils, and crockery. There is also a washer-dryer for added convenience.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a hair dryer, a mirror, and toilets.

The accommodation is equipped with Wi-Fi and has a smoke detector for your safety.

The accommodation is professionally cleaned between each stay to ensure your comfort.

Please note that this property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Despite being just a short stroll from the towering skyscrapers of La Défense, Europe’s largest business district, the immediate area retains a classic, friendly French neighborhood vibe. You are perfectly positioned just around the corner from the bustling Rue de Bezons, which is packed with artisanal bakeries, cozy cafes, and local restaurants, as well as the Centre Commercial Charras for all your daily grocery and shopping needs. A brief walk brings you directly to the expansive, pedestrian-only esplanade of La Défense, where you can explore open-air modern art, shop at the colossal Westfield Les 4 Temps, or catch a stunning view straight down the historic axis toward the Arc de Triomphe. With the Courbevoie (Line L) train station and Esplanade de la Défense (Metro Line 1) both under a 15-minute walk away, you have lightning-fast, direct access to the Champs-Élysées, the Louvre, and central Paris.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
