Stayed Dec 31, 1969This was a spacious and clean apartment, though it felt rather impersonal. It was cold on arrival and there were no spare blankets. The location was good, and a map was provided though directions to local food outlets would have really helped. Picking up the keys was tricky to visitors who have only just arrived in the city- even our taxi driver, a local, had difficulties. We were told to provide a deposit in cash, so brought euros - but were then told to pay the money online. All in all, we really felt it all lacked the personal touch.

Stayed Oct 24, 2023Check un process was not the greatest, 4 lock boxes to guess which one had your key in. Had to try code on all till found the right one. The key to the apartment door stuck, so we're wondering if we had right door. Finally opened. Apartment was like pictures. Could use a toaster, tea towels, and ew hair dryer. C

Stayed Sep 1, 2023We didn’t have a good experience in Check in, we try multiple time to have contact with them but it was impossible. We are sad because it didn’t start well our vacancy in porto. But the place was as describe good and clean
