Stayed Aug 2, 2025Perfect for a solo traveler, or for a loving couple who just need the basics and not much space. Safeway within walking distance. Working class neighborhood, but not seedy. Property surrounded by new, high fence, so I felt safe. Quiet, except for neighbors' dogs who occasionally have bark fests. But these are infrequent and not loud. One neighbor has a black goat which talks in the morning. It's very cute. Host (who lives in the main house next door) is very courteous and responds almost instantly. Would definitely stay there again.

Stayed Jan 19, 2025Property is fairly small but quite adequate for a couple. It was clean when we checked in and the kitchen area is small but well equipped. Bed was quite comfortable. Location is a block from Prince and Campbell so easy access to other parts of town. 5 min walk to a Safeway and to a great little French cafe!

Stayed Dec 30, 2024Stayed over NYE, an excellent Casita as described. Very clean, very private. Quiet neighborhood. The host has everything you can think of provided. The kitchen setup is very efficient and clean. Loved the patio for mornings and evenings.
