Stayed Oct 1, 2022The internet was not working and it was a problem that they knew about already. We stayed for two days and it was never attended to. The difficulty was that all our reservations and directions were online and we were unable to access the info from the property. It is possible to go out to restaurants and use their wifi, but that ended up costing us more every day. Also, the photos of the apartment are bright and glossy, but the place was quite drab and the beds and linens were of poor quality. The location was VERY central, but it should be noted that it was loud all through the night and day. If you are in Florence to party, it might be perfect, but to sightsee and get good rest-not so much. The property manager was prompt and communicated well.

Stayed Sep 24, 2022The apt. Was near everything and had needed items. The linens, couch and chair covers appeared stained or dirty. The nights were noisy. But this was expected so near to plaza so not a problem. We had access to trains. Busses and tours all walkable.

Stayed Jul 7, 2022The location was great but the host didn’t communicate at all. The AC was broken and they promised it would be fixed the morning after our arrival, but two days later we checked out and no one had come to fix it. No communication from the host or management company until our check out letting us know it wouldn’t be fixed. I’m trying to get VRBO to do something about it but they haven’t communicated very well either. We should get a refund. I couldn’t sleep in the apartment because of the heat!!
