Stayed Jun 2, 2022This property was not reviewed before we stayed. We took a chance and it was not a good guess. Property Pros: wifi, location, easy check-in, washer which was not expected as it was not listed (does not have a bidet which is listed). Property Minuses: listing does not say it is on the 5th floor with no elevator - it is an attic room, ceiling slopes and cannot stand up in the loft, it is a double bed in the loft - not a queen, it is HOT in the attic and the a/c does not keep up with the heat outside - we left the 'electricity key' in the apartment so that the a/c didn't shut off while we were out, the shower is tiny - the smallest of the 4 b&bs we stayed in on this trip of Italy, communication from the host was good to check in and then no response to our questions (but when we needed something it did appear in our apartment without any response from the host). Overall - we will not stay in this property again and won't recommend it to anyone we know.
