My lady loved it. Would be a 10 out of 10 but the deck was not clean and ice bucket was dirty.

Wonderful place. Very clean. Bed and bedding luxurious. Great water pressure in the bathroom. A Keurig coffee maker in the kitchen. Easy in and out with a code so no worrying about a key. This place exceeded our expectations.

Very comfortable. Very clean. Check-in and check-out we very simple. Room had all the modern amenities. Location was great to attend a wedding in North Beach. Close to the beach boardwalk. Close to great restaurants.

Loved the place! Plenty of room. Hubby and I snuggled in the comfy robes most of the time! Only thing I’d recommend is WiFi for tvs so visitors can log on to their personal streaming apps.

Overall great place. Couple of recommendations to make it even better. First, recommend a few more trash cans in the place. Only had one in the kitchen and bathroom. Also great to have them with trash liners. Same for tissue boxes. The one in the bathroom was empty. Would have appreciated more than one soap bar too.great Recommend checking that all the appliances work. The TV in the living room would not turn on.. Also te cabinet under the sink was loose. Again all minor things. F

Place was wonderful. Able to walk to everywhere. Had everything needed for 2 night stay except for an additional roll of toilet paper. Parking information on wwbsite and email needs to be updated.

Good small town with plenty of great food around in walking distance. Avoid Monday's though, many places are closed.

Overall, this place is great, very nicely decorated, cozy and comfortable. The private balcony is also great! It looks like this property is fairly new so some kinks need to be worked out... VRBO didn't have check-in information for me, though the property contact got back to me quickly and there were some other details that needed attending to. Also, the place says that there is a water view from this room in certain seasons (I'm assuming winter season) and that is not the case. I couldn't see the water with no leaves on trees. That said, I'd recommend this place, it's nice and is in a great location, 2 short blocks from the boardwalk area.

We came for a friend’s wedding and this VRBO was perfect for our stay. The room (or apartment) was very spacious and nicely adorned. We also very much enjoyed having dinner next door at the owners restaurant. We sat outside on the porch and enjoyed the food and the outdoors. We would very much recommend staying here. Pay close attention to communication from the property manager... open the links sent.. it has instructions on how to get in when you get here.

brand new building built to look/fell like the 1930s, need better lighting in the bathroom, also theres a sulfur smell from the well water, the water is fine to drink, just a smell, bottled water takes care of it
