Stayed Sep 17, 2024Lorenzo was a great host. Very attentive following up to see if we needed anything. Great location close to a big train station. Very convenient for our comings and goings to Cinque Terre. The sofa bed was firm. That was perfect for me. I usually find them lumpy or too soft on other properties.

Stayed Apr 29, 2023Overall experience was good. The bathroom is one step lower and it would be safer to install some light indicator so tenant won't trip at night. The place is close to the road and it can get a little noisy at night.

Stayed Sep 11, 2022Everything was fine, Lorenzo was very kind, the apartment was very clean, 5 minutes walk to the train station, super market nearby.

Stayed Jun 4, 2025We used the apartment to travel to the Cinque Terre and Porto Venere mainly. However we were surprised to see how nice the city centre of la Spezia is as well. We stayed for 11 nights, the host facilitated us with new bedding during this team, and we had great contact during our stay. The host is very kind and also gave us some tips for restaurants for example. The apartment is nice and large, with a separate living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. This was very welcome for our longer stay. The bed was also good and air conditioning was useful at night after the warmer days. The train station is only 5 minutes by foot, the city centre about 10-15. The only negative is that the the listing shows up as if there is a washing machine available at the apartment. This was unfortunately not the case, which was a pity since this was one of the reasons to choose the apartment. I would suggest removing this from the listing. All in all, the apartment was great though and I would recommend it.
