The apartment is always sparkling clean and includes a laptop-friendly workspace, making it suitable for both leisure and work.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the apartment, including free parking, a central heating system, and a self-check-in system. The balcony and all other amenities in the apartment are also available for guest use.

In the heart of Gudauri, Within a minute's walk access restaurants, markets, clubs, a police station, medical point, and more. A Spar supermarket and GPC pharmacy are located on the first floor of the building for easy shopping and essentials. Guests are welcome to dine at Pelagoni, a delightful restaurant situated on the ground floor of the Marshall Lobby. Operating hours are from 11 AM to 11:30 PM. Please note that during weekends, There might be events which may extend until 2 AM at the latest.



Getting Around:

The apartment's prime location allows for easy access to ski facilities and local amenities.

All major attractions and facilities are within walking distance, making it an ideal base for exploring. Guests are welcome to dine at Pelagoni, a delightful restaurant situated on the ground floor of the Marshall Lobby. Operating hours are from 11 AM to 11:30 PM. Please note that during weekends, There might be events which may extend until 2 AM at the latest.
