Stayed Sep 15, 2025Lovely Clean and comfortable cottage.Great hot water, extremely clean and modern bathroom…nice decor throughout.Didn’t realise the amount of traffic passing on nearby road but was not an issue. Couldn’t hear it with the door closed.We enjoyed our stay and really enjoyed Victor Harbour.

Stayed Jan 17, 2025An absolutely wonderful place to stay. The location is excellent, and the house is very clean and tidy. Due to the location, it is also very peaceful and quiet. We were lucky enough to get to feed one of the neigh-bouring ponies. Would definitely stay here again. 10/10

Stayed Dec 30, 2024The Guest House was very comfortable and suited our family of 3.The miniature horses next door were a lovely surprise! There's no wifi but we didn’t really miss it. The Queen Bed is really high off the ground, so if you have mobility difficulty you might find it a little tricky. But it really was such a super comfortable bed!We were given our privacy completely by the hosts, but it was good to know they were right next door if we needed anything. Thank you for such a lovely stay!
