Stayed Nov 5, 2019Green Door Lofts is right in the heart of downtown. It's a few minutes' walk to the convention center and a few minutes to the silos. Jim (the owner) was responsive, flexible, and just plain nice. I came here for a conference, but I'd be back anytime just for a place to get away.

Stayed Oct 4, 2024The condo was well appointed and comfortable. Located within walking distance of lots of restaurants, shopping and the river. Will definitely stay here if ever in Waco again.

Stayed May 10, 2024From start to finish we were completely blown away with the facility and communication with Jim. He went out of his way for us. I will be back for sure. Green Door lofts are quality you would expect in Dallas or Miami, very refreshing to find them in a smaller market like Waco.

Stayed May 14, 2021Great place to stay- very clean, unique style, location was great,view of pool from balcony, manager very nice and he gave us lots of tips about food and shopping, definitely recommend to family and friends, managers mom even made us a coffee cake - it was delicious!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Great location to walk to multiple entertainment, food and shopping in downtown Waco. Jim was an excellent host who greeted us on arrival. The homemade sticky buns in the freezer were delicious! The loft was as described - clean, comfy, and just as we pictured!

Stayed Mar 15, 2021We loved staying at Green Door Lofts. We were in the Retro loft and it was just perfect for us. My husband and I traveled with our 17-year-old daughter and the space was just right. The owner Jim was there to meet us for check-in (and answer any questions, restaurant recommendations, etc.), his mom, Ruth, had left her delicious cinnamon rolls in the freezer and the loft was very clean. We were there to visit Magnolia stuff and Green Door is located within walking distance to it all. In addition, it is within walking distance to other great restaurants. We only used the car to look around Baylor and some Waco neighborhoods. Would highly recommend Green Door Lofts.

Stayed Mar 16, 2019The loft was cozy and adorable! Jim was super accommodating, and his parents were so sweet! His mom made the best pecan pie as a welcome gift! My son loved the fridge with old fashioned dr pepper (his fav) that he drank out of the chilled mugs! The location is perfect. We had the best time!!!!

Stayed Feb 3, 2019Has all the amenities. Close to everything. Easy to get to. Parking garage is nice. Worth the stay.
