Great Waterfront View of Newport's Scenic Narragansett Bay

Everything was perfect great location. Owners were most accommodating. Highly recommend.

3 of my friends and I stayed here for a girls weekend. It was a beautiful spot with great views. We did not have a car and planned on relying on the shuttle to get into town, but it did not run everyday. That was our only big surprise. We were able to über just fine until Monday when we had difficulty getting one. The place itself was nice. The balcony was so great. The view was fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay. It was exactly what we were hoping for. Definitely would stay here again if we ever make it back to Newport. It would be a perfect place to stay if you are going to Folk Fest as the state park is a walkable distance.

This is located away from downtown Newport and all the hustle and bustle. We did not mind because there was a shuttle service In the listing. Beware- the shuttle only runs Friday through Sunday so other weekdays, you will pay for parking in town, not cheap. The listing indicates two bedrooms, one is the open up sofa bed in the living room, but it was very comfortable. Itreferences Gooseberry Beach which costs $30 a day and closes when lots is full. I recommend going all the way down Memorial Boulevard, past 1st and 2nd beach, right at Flos to Sasquachen Beach for $20. Great beach. The ac condenser upstairs leaked some leaving the rug wet in areas. The rooms were spacious,mostly clean, 2 full baths. The deck view was outstanding. Several lamps did not turn on in the room and the wall clock was stopped. There was adequate glassware and appliances. They do not provide shampoo or conditioner so bring your own. The Safari room restaurant is right next door for good food, great views and 10% off food. No need to go into town and try to find parking. All in all, a good stay but for the price paid, everything should be working. The man in registration was very helpful.

Excellent location! We had a wonderful week long stay at Ocean Cliff Resort. The view and location can’t be beat. Perfect for families. Enjoyed eating at the Safari restaurant next door. Condo was clean and comfortable. Would definitely book again!

Enjoyed the beautiful view of the ocean from both floors of the condo. Grounds were well kept. Location easy, picturesque drive from downtown Newport. Rooms were clean, large and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Shuttle from condo to downtown Newport a plus. Would definitely stay here again.

This condo has a pull out couch that needs to be replaced with more comfortable bedding. The view is nice but when you can feel the bed frame under a thin mattress it takes away from the vacation you’re expecting.

Comfortable large rooms and nice property overall. Loved the view...it was the best from the master bathroom shower! Lots of activities/dining/shopping in the area (Newport) as well.

We were just married at Ocean Cliff and I (groom) stayed in Anna's unit with my three sons. Everything went perfectly and we were very happy with the unit. It was clean, organized, and as described. The best part is the deck overlooking the ocean. A truly fantastic location.
