GREAT STUDIO VERY PLEASANT AND FUNCTIONAL

Very happy with the neighborhood. Felt safe. The washing machine does not work and frankly smelled like it hadn’t been used in quite some time. However the little laundromat a few steps away was very handy.

Functional. Easy access to public transportation. Quiet. Host was responsive. Enough amenities to meet our needs. Restaurants and grocery store within easy walking distance.

Confusion around gaining access at the start. Dark entry. Very brass tacks. Served the purpose. Not terribly cozy.

This modest studio apartment is a very comfortable stay in an excellent location. The amenities are basic but functional, and the manager Mimoun is excellent: genuinely friendly, and will respond immediately to help with whatever you might need.

It was so cute, a nice place to stay, and affordable for our 3 day stay in Paris! My favorite part was doing my makeup in front of the window looking into the garden. It was very clean and I felt safe and comfortable the whole time. Is in a gated apartment complex which is a good perk to this stay!

The property comes as listed and is a convenient place to spend the nights in Paris at an affordable rate. Overall the property cleanliness lacks and the bathroom door doesn't close which was noted in previous reviews. But for the price it did the trick.

This property near metro station M8, a few minutes walking to M6, excellent location. Also, it is very secure and safe. The property is also near grocery store with a few minutes walking distance. Very convenient for travelers.

Wwe thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The owner was very accommodating a d allowed us to drop our bags early and allowed us extra time before leaving. Property was close to the Metro and Made exploring Paris relati ely easy .ade e ploring

Good experience. the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen well equiped. So, the negatives: The bathroom's door does not really close, we dealt with that, but this is to mention. The shower is so tiny that it's almost impossible to not turn off or change the water heat while showering. Positives: Kitchen well equiped Place next to the metro The beds were comfortable, and you sleep well, it's a quiet place far from the street traffic The private residence makes you feel safe. At the end, yes I will considere this studio for next trips to Paris

A solid place by the metro. I would recommended it.

We stayed for three nights to explore Paris. This apartment is small but perfect for a short stay and very convenient as the metro train to all of the Paris destinations is very close. There is a gate for security also.
