Modern penthouse apartment with two bedrooms, each with double beds,
spacious living-kitchen area with bar counter. Good equipment u. a. with 2 flat-screen TVs in the living and upper bedroom. The apartment impresses with its successful mixture of modern furnishing and carefully selected interior in the country-typical and Moorish style.
A free Wi-Fi access is provided. Bed linen and towels are provided by the local agency for a charge.
The apartment extends over 2 floors. A large south-facing balcony (about 12m²), with dining table for 4-6 pers. is available on the lower floor, in addition a second smaller balcony upstairs. It has a wonderful panoramic view over Nerja to the Mediterranean Sea.
Because of the open staircase to the upper floor, the apartment for families with small children, as well as for people with reduced mobility, only partially suitable.

Las Golondrinas is located in the famous urbanization Capistrano Village.
This is a built in original Spanish village style residential complex, surrounded by well-kept, flowering gardens with romantic streets and inviting, shady resting places.
It is located in a spacious resort with two beautiful pool area (free use with pool card), incl. Poolbars u. Restaurant. A supermarket and a quaint cave bar are also part of the diverse offer of the resort.
In the immediate vicinity of the apartment. There is a bus stop with half-hourly bus transfer to the main station Buriana and to the old town of Nerja.
Free public parking is available in front of the house.

Location and surroundings
Nerja is located about 55 km east of Malaga. It is a former fishing village, which has developed into a lively town with an international flair.
Several sandy beaches and bays, original restaurants, nightlife, an interesting
Shopping and various sports possibilities leave nothing to be desired. City center and landmark is the observation deck Balcon de Europa.
The picturesque white villages of Frigiliana and Maro are in the immediate vicinity of Nerja, as well as the impressive stalactite cave Cueva de Nerja.
For excursions to Malaga or to the world famous Alhambra of Granada about 70 km, you should definitely visit the to do list, as well as a hike in the Parque Natural de Tejeda, where waterfalls, ibex and eagle make true postcard motifs.
For the friends of golf, three very varied 18-hole golf courses in the area of Nerja, about 25 - 35 minutes away by car, can be used.

    This is the most clean apartment we've ever stayed in,- Big cudos to the cleaners! It gave a wonderful feeling walking into such a fresh apartment and out to the balcony with its dreamy views. All furnitures + the beds were very comfortable and everything looked new and/or solid quality. The stairs to the upstairs bedroom and balcony were open and a little steep,- you'd better be careful! The gardens were beautiful and the smaller of the two pools became our favorite (less busy). Bus stop (and parking) right outside the door. What we will remember the most is the views over town and sea, the calm, silky nights and flowers along fairytale-like pathways all around. And again; The cleanliness ;)

    The apartment is clean and furnished well. I was shocked to be charged 20 euros when I arrived late and am still a bit perplexed about this. Also, the apartment is the right size, but the upstairs has no AC or a fan. This makes sleeping very uncomfortable. There are 2 TVs, but everything was in German. I tried to change this, but could not. Perhaps the owner could get a chromecast so that non German speakers could cast programs in any language from their phones. The grounds around the apartment are very well maintained and the pools are also nice.

    Very nice aparmnet with a lovely view over Nerja and the sea. You need some sort of transportation to get to the city and the beaches. The Buriana beach is by far the best but get there before 10 in the morning then you get a parking right on the beach. The apartment was well-equipped and the lower balcony was indeed worth all the money. We can only recommend this apartment.
